These terms govern your use of Minuting, operated by LGTM HK Limited.

The service

Minuting is a service for personal meeting records. Sign in with Google and separately authorize Google Meet to import original transcripts. Supported English records can be refined with AI and used to generate minutes linked to the speech. Review AI wording and citations against the preserved speech when accuracy matters.

Optional Notion publication sends the entire selected refined transcript and minutes. Existing Notion pages are not deleted when a destination is disconnected.

Your account

Use an account you control. Do not attempt to access another person’s workspace, interfere with the service, or bypass security controls. Keep your Google account secure and sign out on shared devices.

Service availability

The service may change or be interrupted. Do not rely on Minuting as your only copy of important information. There are no paid subscriptions or availability guarantees.
